Bill Mills, Vice President and Trust Officer, joined TCK in 1994. He grew up in Topeka, received his Bachelors degree from KU in 1964, and earned his law degree from KU in 1967. Upon graduation from law school, Bill practiced law in Hutchinson until 1975, when he joined the trust department of Hutchinson National Bank and Trust Company.
 
With over 30 years of experience, Bill has been directly involved in the administration of every type of account typically offered by trust companies or banks. He enjoys giving clients individual service and has particular expertise in the areas of investments and retirement plans.
 
Bill resides in Hutchinson and is active in professional and community affairs. He has served as a board member and past president of the Trust Division of the Kansas Bankers Association and the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Club. He has also been an officer or director of the Reno County Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, The Living Land Foundation, and the Training and Evaluation Center of Hutchinson. In addition to other community involvement, Bill has a long-standing interest in politics and has participated actively in a number of local, state, and national campaigns.
