Carole worked in bank operations and customer service for several years before moving to the trust area at Lawrence National Bank. She joined TCK when it took over management of the trust department and later opened its independent service office in Lawrence in August 1991.
 
As Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer, Carole has operational responsibilities for the accounts administered by the Lawrence service office. She also handles some mutual fund trading and many other operational duties. 

She enjoys working with people and likes the client contact, but she also enjoys the challenge of keeping up with the ever-changing technology necessary to continue offering clients the best possible service. 

Carole enjoys participating in the many cultural and educational opportunities offered in the Lawrence area.
