5200 Bob Billings Parkway, Suite 201 Dan Brogren has focused on managing trust relationships and managing investments for over 25 years. He also did fundraising work for a local private service foundation. Dan enjoys the trust and investment business because "I know that working with families through trusts and estates is my vocation," he said. Dan offers something special to TCK clients. He works with clients to answer their questions, discern their needs, and address their fears. According to Dan, “This ability to communicate helps me help clients meet their goals.” Dan earned his BBA at the University of Michigan. He received his MBA from the Loyola University of Chicago. Dan has held a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation since 1992. He attended the National Trust School at Northwestern University and completed a personal trust graduate course at Cannon Financial Institute. In addition, he has attended MOKAN's Midwest Trust & Financial Services Conferences, Kansas Trust Conferences, and Franke & Associates' workshops. He served a term on the Kansas Bankers Association Trust Division Board, and presently serves on Topeka's Leave a Legacy Speakers Bureau, on The Capper Foundation’s Planned Gifts Committee for their Scholarship Assistance Campaign, and is the President of the Lawrence Cosmopolitan Breakfast Club. On a personal note, Dan is active at Corpus Christi Church in Lawrence with his wife Maureen, and at Christ the King Church in Topeka. He participates in various diocesan and community choirs, and performs volunteer work. He has a married daughter who graduated from Washburn University, a son attending Washburn, and a step-son at Hayden High School in Topeka. Dan and Maureen also enjoy spending time with his granddaughter.
