Martha Linsner has been with TCK since May, 1994. She came to TCK with
seven years of banking experience with an emphasis in the areas of employee
benefit operations and tax reporting. Initially, she was an administrative
assistant to TCK President Stephen A. English, but she has received several
promotions and earned the title of Executive Vice President.
Martha’s main focus at TCK is new business development. In this role, she works
closely with TCK’s administrators and management. Secondarily, she coordinates
the company's marketing strategies, which are geared around the theme "You
can see the future from here." Over the past several years, TCK's major
marketing events have included annual client appreciation dinners held in
Wichita
,
Leavenworth
and
Lawrence
, duties relating
to the Wichita: Supporting the Arts campaign underwritten by TCK, and various networking opportunities with area
professional referral sources.
Since joining TCK, Martha has completed two Schools of Banking week-long sessions
and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Total Quality Management from
Friends
University
in
Wichita
. In
July of 2001, Martha successfully completed the American Bankers Association
(ABA)
National
Graduate
Trust
School
, which focuses on
developing essential skills needed by today's trust professionals. In 2002,
Martha earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
Martha is involved with the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce, serves on the
boards of Junior Achievement of Wichita, Girl Scouts of the Golden Plains, and
is active with her church. She also serves as TCK’s representative for the
Wichita
chapter of
Executive Women International (EWI) and is a 2005 Leadership Wichita graduate.
