Terry Richards, Vice President and Trust Officer is a lifelong Wichita resident. She graduated from Wichita Heights High School and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing from Wichita State University. She began her banking career in the trust area in 1977 and has worked for two of the largest trust departments in the Wichita area working in all areas, focusing for 12 of those years in Trust New Business. She has been in trust administration since 1998.

Terry graduated from the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School which was a three year program taught at Northwestern University and University of Chicago. She has also earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, C.T.F.A. in July, 2001. She is a member of the Wichita Estate Planning Council and has served as Chair of the American Diabetes Association Board of Directors, Kansas Affiliate.

Terry is married and has two sons, one attending Northwest High School and the other is in the Navy stationed at Mayport Naval Base in Florida. She also has a granddaughter and daughter-in-law living in Florida and wishes they were closer to home. Terry loves attending Music Theatre, Shocker basketball games, traveling, hiking and running.
