The office brings varied responsibilities with an organization that cover areas such as education, legislation, regulation, and public relations. Her term as president will begin May 2002. Bunker's efforts will be focused on leading the organization in its many functions: monitoring, advising, and educating Kansas bank trust departments and trust companies on regulatory changes and legislative issues, and conducting a fall conference. | March 6, 1999 | TCK Trust & Financial Advisors (TCK) is moving its headquarters on March 6,
1999. TCK has signed a long-term lease to occupy Suite 1400 of the KSB&T
Building at 125 N. Market in downtown Wichita. This is the building
with the large time/temperature reader board visible throughout the
business district. Since its beginnings in 1990, TCK has been located at the IMA Plaza Building. Our facilities there offered us an opportunity to grow from a start-up company with no assets under management to a financial institution taking care of almost one-quarter of a billion dollars of our clients' assets. Our growth in business, however, required a similar growth in personnel. We began our journey with three employees. We now have 18 employees, and as we begin the new millennium, we anticipate having 20 full-time employees. The family and staff of Murfin Companies were able to provide us expanding facilities until our most recent employee hirings in December. We will be forever grateful to them for their encouragement and assistance in our initial growth phase. So why are we moving to KSB&T? The new facility offers long-term solutions for an office to serve our clients. It will have two conference rooms and private offices for all current officers with room for future expansion. Within the building, other rooms are available for periodic seminars. We will be centrally located and can offer amenities such as free valet parking for clients. Our pledge to our clients is continual communication. You will see our name prominently displayed on the building's reader board. The new physical plant was selected with customers' needs in mind. We anticipate clients will appreciate a comfortable atmosphere when planning their financial futures.

| January 1, 1999 | We're
adding to our team. A service company such as TCK is only as good
as its people - whether that be officers, employees or board members.
I am very proud of the team we have assembled throughout the state of
Kansas to provide our clients with a level of service unequaled by other
area institutions. In December, we were presented with a unique opportunity to add more trust professionals in the Wichita market. Vicki Broderick, Paul Fowler, and Terry Richards accepted our offer of employment. These are experienced trust professionals who want to remain in the Wichita area. Our existing clients are the reason TCK is successful. They will not be sacrificed as TCK continues to grow. Our pledge is to communicate even more than now with you - our clients - to determine your needs and provide solutions. We will have more administrators per client than our competitors, and we will have more experienced administrators than our competitors. Vicki, Paul, and Terry collectively bring over 50 years of banking and trust experience to TCK. They are all trust account administrators who will develop and administer new account relationships. We welcome them to our team. Their presence will allow TCK to expand its customer base while continuing to offer a high degree of personal service. Please take time to meet them when you visit our Wichita office.
